*Withering: This is a manufacturing method in which the greens are left in a well-ventilated, shady location after picking to encourage slight fermentation, resulting in a unique, gorgeous fragrance.

お茶の名産地で知られる福岡県八女市の鰐八集落で、自ら栽培・加工まで一貫して行っています。肥料もほとんど与えず、山間の激しい寒暖差という過酷な環境で生育させたお茶は、「土地の個性」と「力強い味わい」を備えたお茶になります。

楽しみ方

味わいや香りの成分を豊富に蓄えている「山のお茶」のため、二煎、三煎と繰り返し抽出できます。

急須や茶漉しがなくても大丈夫。コップや大きめの湯呑みに茶葉とお湯を入れ、抽出できたら、レンゲやスプーンで茶葉をよけてお茶をすくいとり、別の湯呑みに移して飲むことができます。
