Yame Wanihachi's tea mountain "Touge" is a sunny tea mountain at an altitude of about 600m.
Toge Tea Mountain in the sun and Kanasako Tea Mountain in the shade are located facing each other.

To take advantage of the sunny, breezy mountain environment, we used homemade fertilizer to grow the crops.

八女鰐八のお茶

お茶の名産地で知られる福岡県八女市の鰐八集落で、自ら栽培・加工まで一貫して行っています。肥料もほとんど与えず、山間の激しい寒暖差という過酷な環境で生育させたお茶は、「土地の個性」と「力強い味わい」を備えたお茶になります。

楽しみ方

味わいや香りの成分を豊富に蓄えている「山のお茶」のため、二煎、三煎と繰り返し抽出できます。

急須や茶漉しがなくても大丈夫。コップや大きめの湯呑みに茶葉とお湯を入れ、抽出できたら、レンゲやスプーンで茶葉をよけてお茶をすくいとり、別の湯呑みに移して飲むことができます。
