The tea leaves harvested from Yame Wanihachi's tea mountain "Touge" are withered* to create a tea with a flower-like fragrance.

The light and sweet taste that is inherent to Chayama Touge tea and the gorgeous withered aroma are a perfect match.

*Withering: This is a manufacturing method in which the greens are left in a well-ventilated, shady location after picking to encourage slight fermentation, resulting in a unique, gorgeous fragrance.
